By default, ALFRED BBS 26 will restrict uploads to the following file types which can be customized by the sysop.  

Restricted File Extensions (ie. filename.extension):

             'php',
            'php3',
            'php4',
            'php5',
            'phtml',
            'phar',
            'cgi',
            'pl',
            'py',
            'sh',
            'exe',
            'com',
            'bat',
            'cmd'
            'vbs'
